St. Tudno

St Tudno is an old Birmingham Canal Navigations 'joey' boat built by Bantocks in probably the late 1890s. She was originally used on the BCN as an open day boat carrying coal along the main lines. She has more recently had a motor stern added, encorporating the original butty back end.

St Tudno was used as a liveaboard narrowboat with a wooden cabin over the old cargo hold, this has now been removed and the new owner intends to add a new steel conversion. She arrived at Sheet Stores in late October 2012 and will be undergoing restoration work by Paul and the team.
